NOTICE OF DORMANT ACCOUNT

Nwabiagya Rural Bank Plc wishes to notify the general public and its customers that in accordance with the Banks and Specialized Deposit-Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930), accounts held in the Bank that have not been operated for a minimum of five (5) years have been classified as dormant. Customers who have been affected or their legal representatives are urged to visit any Nwabiagya Rural Bank Plc branch within two (2) weeks of this publication to reactivate their accounts. The balances on the affected accounts shall thereafter be transferred to the Bank of Ghana in accordance with the Banks and Specialized Deposit-Taking Institution Act, 2016(Act 930), if account not reactivated.
